The concepts, tools, and skills that I teach are things we don't necessarily learn when we are growing up. However, with a little love and patience with yourself, you can use this new information to find growth, peace, and a beautifully settled place where life no longer seems so hard. When you're more connected to yourself, you're more connected to God. It's a beautiful place to live.

Hi, I’m Angie, a certified faith-based Mindset Coach.
I help 40+ Christian women connect to themselves emotionally. This in turn helps them with relationships, goals, and living the life they deserve as the amazing humans that they already are.
I used to feel like my energy and emotions were riding on how my day went, who I interacted with, and how others around me were dealing with their own lives. With effort and time, I’ve used this same basic coaching information to personally experience a life transformation.
My day now goes the way I choose for it to go. I can interact with anyone and not automatically allow their mental or emotional state to dictate how I want to feel. I not only teach this information, I live it. I love to show my clients how to start noticing the parts of their life they can change if they want to as well.
